These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 588game ("we", "us", "the platform", "588game"). These Terms apply to all use of the 588game website at https://588game.im and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support channels.

Your acceptance of these Terms is signified by any of the following actions: completing the 588game registration form, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, claiming a bonus or promotional offer, or using any feature of the platform. • Not a prohibited person: You must not be a 588game employee, contractor, agent, or a close family member of any such person. Employees and their immediate family members are prohibited from holding player accounts.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account at 588game. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be currently self-excluded from 588game under the Responsible Gaming programme or any related platform.

Account Credentials

Account Closure

Any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules before the account is closed. Verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

All transactions on 588game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500.

Deposits are credited to your 588game wallet balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. For mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash), this is typically instantaneous. For IBFT bank transfers, processing may take up to a few hours depending on your bank.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit at 588game. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 588game does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider's standard transaction charges may apply.
• Funds deposited into your 588game account may only be used for gaming and betting on the platform. Deposits cannot be converted to cash without first being used for wagering, subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions.
• 588game reserves the right to refuse a deposit or request verification before crediting a deposit if fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 588game is Rs 1,000. There is no platform-level fee on standard withdrawals, though payment provider charges may apply. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account.

The standard processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 3 minutes in the vast majority of cases. Available 24 hours a day.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 10 minutes typically. Available 24/7.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Same business day for requests made during banking hours. Overnight requests processed the following morning.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Before any withdrawal is processed, 588game may apply standard KYC checks, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or unusual account activity. This is a player protection measure and not a method of withholding funds.

Withdrawals from bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that specific bonus. Please refer to Section 6 for full bonus terms. Any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal until those conditions are satisfied.

588game offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal PSL promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated with each individual offer.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each bonus offer's terms. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus per player. Multiple accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus wallet. Your cash balance is used first; bonus funds are applied when the cash balance reaches zero.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period (typically 30 days unless otherwise specified).
• Bets placed at minimum odds may not count towards wagering requirements. Each promotion will specify the minimum qualifying odds.
• 588game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after being credited, any winnings generated from that bonus prior to cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and cricket betting markets on 588game, including PSL and Pakistan international cricket markets.

Bet Placement

Bets are accepted only while markets are open. Once a market is suspended or settled, no new bets can be placed. All bets are final once confirmed — 588game does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in specific circumstances outlined below.

Odds & Market Changes

Odds displayed at 588game are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds shown on your bet slip at the moment of confirmation are the odds at which your bet is accepted and settled. 588game reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. A bet placed on a clearly erroneous price will be voided and the stake returned.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances:

• The match or event is abandoned before a result is possible (e.g., fewer than 5 overs bowled in a PSL T20 match)
• The selection was incorrectly listed or priced due to a system or human error
• The event was cancelled before it began
• The bet was placed after the event had already concluded (late bet)

Where a bet is voided, the full stake is returned to the player's cash wallet. Voided bets are not counted towards wagering requirements.

Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting markets are available during qualifying matches on 588game. Live bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. 588game may suspend live markets at any time during an event. Any bets confirmed before a suspension are valid.

588game is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide a range of tools that all players are actively encouraged to use, particularly during high-intensity periods such as PSL season.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to any requested increase.
• Loss Limits: Set daily or weekly maximum loss thresholds. If your losses reach the limit, you will be unable to place further bets until the limit resets.
• Session Timers: Receive reminders at intervals of your choosing about how long you have been playing in a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. 588game will make every reasonable effort to prevent marketing communications to self-excluded players.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using 588game to process proceeds of crime or to conduct transactions that constitute money laundering or fraud under applicable law.
• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets with the benefit of insider knowledge about the outcome of a sporting event, or in any way connected to match-fixing or spot-fixing activity.
• Chargebacks: Fraudulently disputing legitimate transactions through your payment provider after using the funds on 588game.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets without genuine human interaction, except where 588game explicitly provides an auto-bet feature (such as Aviator's built-in auto functionality).
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, including poker and card games.

588game monitors account activity continuously and uses a combination of automated systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed, 588game will take action proportionate to the severity of the violation, up to and including permanent account closure and legal action.

Nothing in these Terms limits 588game's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

588game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or via the email address registered to your account. Continued use of 588game following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law
